This condo was wonderful! We had to book it last minute due to a flight cancelation, and Mike was incredibly accommodating. Although we only stayed for one night, we would love to come back and spend more time in the area. After a long and stressful day at the airport, we really appreciated being able to relax on the beach and watch the sunset. I would happily recommend this place to anyone.

I loved staying here — the location is perfect! Everything is exactly as pictured and described. As soon as you walk out, the pool and beach are right there, which was amazing. The hosts were great communicators and made everything seamless. I will definitely stay here again!

This Airbnb has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which was great for my family of 7. We didnt have to fight over bathrooms haha. The pool is literally right outside the back door. Easy access to the beach, although you can’t really walk on the beach because of the big rocks. I don’t have anything bad to say of the place itself, but security guards were a little stressful. When we first got there, we gave the form to the security lady and i asked if we needed to tag the car or sticker so we can go in and out. She assured us that there was nothing to worry about, she would remember us and the other security guards would know about us. Well that was not the case, she didn’t remember us. We had tell her again which apartment we were in (I thought we were going to need to call Mike cause she kept the form we gave her upon arrival). After awhile she let us in and i asked again if we needed to show anything for the next time, she said no you're fine. The next day it was a different security guard, and he had no clue about us and asked for something to show we were staying there. We had to explain everything to him all over again and after awhile he let us in. This was happening every time. The day we were leaving, they remembered us haha. Overall, great experience except the security part.

Spacious, clean, modern rental in a great location. Walking distance to numerous restaurants, two grocery stores, and Mullet Bay beach. Security staff were very helpful, and the hosts provided great, proactive communications.

We would absolutely stay here again. Clean, spacious place that opens right to the pool and incredible view. Helpful instructions prior to arrival, easy check in, and very responsive hosts. We had one small issue and they responded immediately and had it fixed. Great grocery right across the street and easy to get to everything.

Mike and Rosalyn were very responsive with questions. The apartment had everything you needed for your stay. The beds were very comfortable with nice pillows! The washer / dryer was great to have also. The apartment was spotless! Would totally recommend to friends!

I loved rainbow beach club, all 3 pools were great, had parking, friendly neighbors, and walking distance to market and restaurants, and of course the stairs leading for be beach. mullet beach is walkable too. Mike & Rosalyn were the best host! They gave clear instructions and kept communication open if I had any questions. The place was clean and had what you needed. Will most definitely return to beautiful Sint Maarten and book with Mike & Rosalyn again.

I stayed here with my big family. My wife and I, 4 kids, 2 grandparents. Everyone was extremely comfortable. The beds and linens are above average. The apartment was spotlessly clean when I checked in and was larger than the photos suggested it would be. Kitchen is adequately equipped for light cooking. There are 2 grocery stores and several restaurants very close by. The views off of the cliff side pool deck are amazing. Great pools and quiet surroundings. Neighbors are all nice retired folks so if you want to come party here, stay away. The hosts were attentive to my needs and delivered a few extra towels. I don’t have anything else to say except for thank you so much for a perfect vacation!

This was the perfect ocean view location. The colors of the turquoise water were absolutely stunning, some of the most beautiful we have ever seen. From the property, we enjoyed both gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, which felt truly special. The beach was very private and offered excellent snorkeling right there. We loved being able to walk directly out to the pool area, where you could relax while overlooking the ocean. Sitting by the pool with uninterrupted ocean views was breathtaking. The location was ideal, with a short walk to Mullet Bay Beach, the grocery store, and several restaurants. We also enjoyed walking down to the Maho area. Parking in the garage was easy, and the property felt completely safe throughout our stay. The owners were extremely helpful and communicative. The layout of the home was ideal, with each bedroom having access to their own bathroom and plenty of space to relax and be comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

We had a great time at Mike and Rosalyn’s place. It was perfect and everything we needed and more. The accommodation was very spacious and very clean and tidy- absolutely no complaints. The pools are beautiful and both overlook the ocean. We rented a car but if you really don’t want to you don’t have to. There are 4 stores within walking distance for all your grocery needs. The private beach is steps away so very easy to switch between pool or beach! There are many other beaches if you fancy a change. There are minibus taxis passing numerous times a day if you don’t want to walk. There are many restaurants in the area - within walking distance. A short walk to Cupecoy marina offers a great choice of restaurants. They are all excellent! I can’t recommend this place more! We will definitely be back. Mike and Rosalyn made the organizing of this trip easy and we felt very welcome and very safe in the complex. Book today- you won’t regret it! Sarah
