- Check-in is at 3pm, and checkout is at 11am. If you want to guarantee check-in as early as 9am, or guaranteed checkout as late as 5pm, please add a note with your booking request. We can make a special request to the cleaners, and if they are able to accommodate, we can guarantee for an additional charge of $25 for an early or late booking ($50 for both) payable in advance of check-in.. - Guests will keep property and furnishings in good order and only use appliances for intended uses. - Babies OK with supervision but apartment is not child proofed. Crib available upon request although availability not guaranteed. - 6 to 8 Guests preferred. Fold out sofa bed in living area enables up to 10 guests at extra cost of $50/person/night for guests 9 and 10. This is so we can safely provide sanitized linen/towels for the guests using the sofa bed. - Pets are not allowed in guest accommodations. - People other than those in the guest party may not stay overnight and agreed occupancy limit must not be exceeded. - Any other person on the property visiting the guest is the sole responsibility of the guest. - Excessive noise not allowed between 10pm - 8am. - Owners not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur and are not responsible for loss of any personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By booking a reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. - No daily/weekly housekeeping service provided although this can be arranged by request for an additional fee during your stay - please request if you would like this service and you will pay our trusted cleaner cash directly. - No smoking or vaping allowed in the apartment including e-cigarettes, marijuana, etc. If you are a smoker, you will only be able to smoke near the pool or outside areas. - One bath towel and one large beach towel supplied for each guest (to total number of guests stated in property). - Washer/Dryer in apartment allows for washing/drying of towels/linens during duration of stay if required (washing liquid not provided due to preferences and allergies but can be purchased 3-5 mins walk from local mini-market or supermarket up road). - Sufficient trash bags, coffee and dishwasher tablets are provided for 3-4 days; for longer stays guests may need to purchase extra supplies from the supermarket or mini market about 3-5 mins walk from the property. - Trash is collected daily directly outside the apartment Mon - Sat; please put trash in the garbage can outside door in hallway for daily collection (except Sunday).

Please note this property will accommodate 7 adults + 1 child or 6 adults + 2-3 children. As the 3rd bedroom is a bunk bed consistent of 1 twin and 1 full bed - the apartment is NOT suited to 9 adults. To utilize the Peloton bike during your stay, kindly note that a Peloton subscription is required. However, we offer the option to use sample rides or provide guidance on how to obtain a subscription for the duration of your trip. .
